Welcome to Family Medical Centre. Whether you are new to the South Florida area or looking for a new primary care provider, we’re here to help make your first visit clear and comfortable.
We welcome new adult patients at all of our locations across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Our team provides family medicine and primary care with a focus on experience, attentiveness, and long-term health.
Who We Serve
Family Medical Centre provides primary care for adults and seniors.
Our services include:
- Family medicine and primary care
- Preventive care and annual physicals
- Chronic condition management
- Ongoing wellness and health support
Please note that we do not provide pediatric or urgent care services.
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment.
We recommend scheduling in advance whenever possible. If you are sick or injured and arrive without an appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you if our schedule allows.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and registration.
Insurance and Medicare
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare.
Because coverage varies by plan, we recommend contacting our office in advance to confirm insurance details. Our staff will be happy to assist with any questions.
Language Support
Spanish-speaking care is available at all locations.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
To help ensure a smooth first visit, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
State ID, driver’s license, military ID, or passport - Your most recent insurance card
- Digital cards or printed copies are accepted
- A list of current medications or prescription bottles
- Relevant medical records, if applicable
If your visit is a hospital follow-up or for continued care, please bring any recent discharge summaries, lab results, or imaging reports from the past 1–2 years.
